wolves at the door || "adventures" part four (final one)

Okay, so they weren't actually at the door, but they were in our yard. xP

This story is that last, and final one that I decided to write for you all. So without much further ado, let's dive into this story!

Our wolf adventure:
This was when we still lived in our big red house, and I was maybe around.... seven?? I don't know for sure. *shrugs* It's just a guess. *winks*
Anyways! Our neighbor had pet wolves, (you might be thinking, WHAT?! and I don't blame you. he was kind of odd) and when we went for walks down our road it was always fun to look for them. He had his property fenced with almost like, a privacy fence, but there were cracks in it and sometimes if you were lucky you got see a glimpse of a wolf.
I remember I was doing my school just like any other day, and my mom was trying to decide if she should go for a walk. I can't quite remember how, or who spotted the wolf first, but I remember looking out the window as this large, white\gray wolf walked down our road, almost looking like a horse in the way it trotted. Then, not far behind came this large black wolf.
My insides were jumping around and I was so glad my mom had decided not to go for a walk. We watched them for awhile, managing to snap some pictures of them, (that I'll share after the story) and hoping they wouldn't come after our animals.
Well, that hope didn't last long. For the big black one came on our property and headed straight for Echo, who we had on a dog run. I was so afraid she'd die. I think people yelled at the wolf through the window, trying to get it to go away, but it just kept on sneaking closer and closer to Echo, teasing her. I remember it lurched at Echo, but she managed to get a bite into the wolf and it yelped, backing away. *shudders* It sure was scary. I thought Echo was such a good dog. <3 She kept barking and trying to get at that mean old wolf, until it finally left.
I remember we went on with life like usual. Just not going outside, for we didn't know what had happened to them.
Then a police officer came to our door, and told my mom that there were some wolves on the loose, and that we should keep the kids inside, and maybe even take our animals inside.
Me and my mom later left to go to town I think, and as we drove past our "crazy" neighbor's fenced placed, we noticed he had the gate wide open. Then at the end of our rode, there were people in orange reflector vests, everywhere, and they told my mom that they had gotten two of the wolves and were still looking for the last one.

And that's our little wolf adventure! I hope you enjoyed reading it! Now here are some pictures that we got:

Well, until next time my lovelies!! God bless!
